Refund and Return Policy

 

Services provided by Jumbo Cool (Pty) Ltd are quoted and agreed upon before

commencement.

 

Cancellations made prior to service delivery will receive a full refund within 5 - 7 

working days.

 

For completed services, refunds are considered only in cases of workmanship 

defects verified by management.

 

All refunds are processed through the original payment channel.
